REQUEST FOR TENDERS FOR THE PROVISION OF BUILDING MAINTENANCE SERVICES
Request for Tenders are invited for the provision of a range of Building Maintenance Services. The Building Maintenance Services are divided into four separate trade packages.
• Electrical Services
• Fire Services
• Hydraulic Services
• Mechanical Services.
Tenderers can tender for more than one Building Maintenance Services trade package, but the responses must be lodged as separate Tender responses and cannot be combined.
Tenderers proposing to lodge a response are encouraged to attend a site visit and briefing which is scheduled for 10.30 am on 16 January 2025.

Request For Tender responses should be emailed to the Tender Box email address specified in the RFT for each trade package and titled Request for Tender for the Provision of Building Maintenance Services with the specific trade package the Tender response relates to clearly identified. Tenders close at 2pm ACT Time (AEDT), Friday February 14th, 2025.
